1. Operator & Content Ownership

AShot is operated by GG Technology HK Limited. All short dramas, videos, images, audio files, scripts, subtitles, posters, promotional materials and other content independently planned, filmed, produced, created, edited and made available within AShot are owned by GG Technology HK Limited, which holds full, lawful and exclusive copyright and all related intellectual property rights to such content — including the rights of reproduction, distribution, adaptation, editing, public performance, public display, communication through information networks, online streaming and global commercial exploitation — and is duly authorized to stream, distribute, license and monetize it worldwide.

GG Technology HK Limited confirms that such content does not infringe upon any third-party copyright, trademark, portrait, privacy, reputation, publicity or other lawful rights.

2. Creator Responsibility

Creators must only upload content they own or are authorized to use. This includes video, images, music, sound recordings, scripts, subtitles, titles, logos, artwork, performances, names, likenesses, and promotional materials.

3. Prohibited Content

Do not upload infringing, unauthorized, pirated, stolen, misleading, or rights-violating content.

4. Copyright Complaints

If you believe content on AShot infringes your rights, contact [email protected] with your legal name, contact information, copyrighted work, allegedly infringing URL, good-faith statement, accuracy statement, authority statement, and signature.

5. Action After Notice

We may remove, disable, restrict, or suspend access to content after receiving a valid complaint. We may also notify the creator and request additional information.

6. Repeat Infringers

We may suspend or terminate users or creators who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.
