The Dogs of Power

In the sleepless city of Mumbai, torrential rains wash over the boundaries of crime and power. Inspector Vikram Singh of the Major Crimes Unit is an old hunting hound, willing to get his hands bloody for family and promotion; while the internal affairs elite Aditya Mehta is the system's most loyal watchdog, cold-blooded and precise. When a trusted aide of Minister Nayak is silenced, the two are forcefully bound together as partners by the higher-ups, ostensibly investigating the murder but in reality watching each other. As the investigation deepens, they discover they are merely pawns on the chessboard of power—destined to tear each other apart and take the blame. In the midst of car chases, frame-ups, and near-death experiences, they finally see the truth: in this city, everyone is a 'dog of power.' They must either tear each other to shreds or break the chains together. A probe beginning in a rain-soaked parking lot will ultimately ignite Mumbai's darkest web of corruption. After a gun battle back-to-back, they will face the most dangerous choice—become ghosts or continue being dogs? This is not a battle between justice and evil, but a decision by two dogs on whether to become human.
