Golden Slum

In the most famous Dharavi slum of Mumbai, India, a bag of smuggled blood diamonds falling from the sky instantly ignites the greed of the lower-class residents. A down-and-out boxer named Rajan hopes to use it to save his sick mother, a corrupt police officer Kabir seeks to escape his debts, and a gang hitman Vikram has only one mission - to eliminate all witnesses. The three factions engage in a deadly hunt amidst maze-like alleys, rooftops, and ruins, turning neighbors against each other, family betrayals, and the collapse of humanity. When the diamonds finally fall into a filthy cesspool, everyone ends up with nothing, only blood, despair, and absurd laughter remain. This is a darkly humorous tragedy about the illusion of wealth and the prison of class. Under the slum's sky, gold is never redemption, but the sharpest knife.
