Night Deity

Delhi, an endless night of monsoon rains. Three privileged rapists who once evaded justice are brutally executed one after another. Their bodies are arranged in Shiva's meditation pose, with blood on their chests inscribing the symbol of the third eye; the weapon is an ancient bronze trident. The media exclaims that the 'Shiva Vigilante' has arrived, while the lower classes secretly cheer in the rain. Detective Karan takes over the case. A staunch atheist, he is shocked to discover during the investigation that all the victims were criminals he had been forced to let go years ago. Even more terrifying is the hidden government project 'Divine Awakening'—a dark experiment trying to create controllable vigilantes. Under the gaze of the storm, blood, and the idol of Shiva, the boundaries between law and faith, evil and redemption, mortals and deities are thoroughly blurred. Karan must make the ultimate choice: to continue adhering to the decaying law or to don the trident ring and become the new Night Deity? This is no longer a hunt, but a brutal trial about the essence of justice.
